Healthy Food Choices Help

Of course, eating a healthy, balanced diet loaded with fruit, veggies, beans, and whole grains prepares you for many of life’s challenges, but a holistic approach provides more protection. I’ve already discussed the benefits of exercise, meditation, stress relief, avoiding toxins, and sleep. We should also utilize appropriate vaccines to prevent illness and death from viruses. When vaccinating, we not only lessen the likelihood of becoming seriously ill from a specific virus but also further protect those around us. COVID-19 is an equal opportunities attacker. It has infected and killed healthy people and those of age and chronically ill.
